Do you have caring duties or a dog that needs your attention but you still want to work? Then this role could suit your needs if you are a strong bookkeeper preferably, but not necessarily, with a background in a solicitor's office.
The role is from 10am to 2pm every day due to the nature of the work with a possibility of hybrid work. The business has a really friendly team waiting to welcome you and they are keen for you to do the following:
- Day to day processing and reconciling of client and office accounts
- Thirty to forty straightforward bank reconciliations a day (if you like reconciliations, this role is definitely for you!)
- Managing client bank accounts and processing payments on their behalf
- Purchase ledger dealing with 30 to 40 invoices a week
- Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
- Liaising with clients and fee earners
- Strong experience of Xero
- Experience of LEAP would be a plus but the business will train you in this
