Maternity Contract Payroller And Benefits Assistant

This is a 12 month maternity contract working for one of the best employers in Cambridge. It is a great opportunity to gain experience within a global finance team. Key aspects of the role include: Supporting the preparation and processing of the monthly salaried payroll for c.700 staff Dealing with employee queries and contacting employees to confirm holiday bookings where needed Administering new starter and employee payroll information Administering company benefits including private medical insurance, travel insurance, cycle to work and employee share option scheme Calculating maternity, paternity and shared parental leave pay Processing holiday adjustments, reconciliations and Holiday Buy deductions Coordinating pension administration Assisting with other finance activities as needed In order to secure an interview, you must have strong all round payroll skills with a very strong attention to detail and good communication skills. You will have used recognised payroll software and Excel including V-Lookups.
