You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services while supporting the development of both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion for Partner review
- Overseeing job budgets, billing and work in progress
- Leading audits, including planning, review and finalisation of work
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and other client deliverables
- Supporting on complex assignments where required
- Coaching and developing junior team members through on-the-job training
- Contributing to performance reviews and team development
- Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
- Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities and assisting with tenders
- To gain an interview you will be an experienced Audit professional with a strong technical grounding and a genuine interest in the charities and not-for-profit sector.
- You will enjoy managing relationships, leading teams and delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
- Proven experience managing audit assignments and client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of audit and accounts within the charity/non-profit sector
- Commercial awareness with an interest in business development
- A supportive and approachable leadership style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
