Key Responsibilities
  • Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion for Partner review
  • Overseeing job budgets, billing and work in progress
  • Leading audits, including planning, review and finalisation of work
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and other client deliverables
  • Supporting on complex assignments where required
  • Coaching and developing junior team members through on-the-job training
  • Contributing to performance reviews and team development
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
  • Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities and assisting with tenders
Qualifications
  • To gain an interview you will be an experienced Audit professional with a strong technical grounding and a genuine interest in the charities and not-for-profit sector.
  • You will enjoy managing relationships, leading teams and delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience managing audit assignments and client portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of audit and accounts within the charity/non-profit sector
  • Commercial awareness with an interest in business development
  • A supportive and approachable leadership style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
