Permanent positions; 35 hours or 32.5 hours (5 days per week) preferable but part time positions may be considered (contact the school to discuss).

Salary £24,796 - £25,583 pro-rata. Term Time Only plus 5 Inset Days: 39 weeks 195 days.

Working hours for 35 hours per week are 7:50am to 4:05pm (promptly in the classroom) and 8:50am to 4:05pm alternative weeks to cover breakfast club every other week. Working hours for 32.5 hours per week are 8:50am to 4:05pm (promptly in the classroom). Working hours for part-time must incorporate either 8:50am start time or 4:05pm finish time.

Actual salary for 35 hours £20,085 - £20,723. Actual salary for 32.5 hours £18,651 - £19,243.

The role will require you to work as a key person and member of a class team delivering the EYFS, in the classroom and our magical outdoor learning environment. You will be working with children aged between 2 and 4 years old, some of whom have additional needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent that allows you to work in an Early Years Setting.
  • Fluency duty: ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and obtain satisfactory references. In accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education, the school will carry out an online search as part of its due diligence on all shortlisted candidates.
