What we are looking for:
- Strong technical ability in O365 including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to balance immediate and long-term needs of the business through planning and prioritisation of work.
- Extremely detail orientated.
- Previous experience in a business administration or compliance role.
What you’ll need to do: This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business, keeping records accurate, supporting audits, coordinating key activities and helping colleagues stay organised and compliant. Your specific duties will include:
- Supporting compliance and quality processes across the company.
- Assisting with policies and procedures.
- Audit coordination and compliance tracking.
- Helping maintain key operational records.
- Supporting external mailing suppliers and Royal Mail processes where required.
- Supporting Cavendish’s environmental activity including environmental reporting, tracking emissions data and assisting with impact assessments.
- Health and safety administration including keeping logs for fire wardens and first aiders, booking annual training, tracking first aid kits and making sure risk assessments are up to date.
- Office management support across Cavendish.
