What you’ll need to do

  • Support the wider team on the delivery of planning and management of public consultations
  • Attend client meetings, deputising for Account Managers when required
  • Manage the writing and production of consultation materials
  • Undertake political and stakeholder research and provide insight that can help shape campaigns
  • Carry out analysis and collate evidence for consultation events and communication strategies
  • Understand clients well enough to represent them to their audiences
  • Write press releases, presenting good quality, accurate articles with attention to detail
  • Media monitoring
  • Use social media to promote consultation and engagement activities
  • Identify and support new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the marketing efforts of the team and wider business
