What you’ll need to do:
- Be a key member of the team, supporting Account Managers and Directors in the delivery and development of exceptional services to ensure client and Group objectives are met.
- Develop commercial expertise and wider project management skills which will support career progression.
- Support the wider team on the planning and delivery of government relations, public affairs campaigns and engagement programmes.
- Attend client meetings, deputising for Account Managers when required.
- Write monitoring notes, briefings and produce research, presenting good quality, accurate content with attention to detail.
- Undertake policy, political and stakeholder research and provide insight that can help shape advice, campaigns, and GR activity.
- Draft concise and accurate communications including monitoring reports, briefing notes, engagement plans and correspondence to various stakeholders.
- Carry out analysis and collate evidence for communication strategies.
- Identify and support new business opportunities.
- Build a network of political and public affairs contacts.
- Contribute to the marketing efforts of the team and wider business.
