We are seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join our team. This is a client-facing role with significant exposure to all aspects of audit and accounts, offering direct interaction with clients and partners. The role is split 80% audit and 20% accounts and will involve audit planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments, as well as preparing financial statements, corporation tax computation and return and other related tasks. This is a fully office-based role, requiring attendance 5 days per week in our central London office.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (must have completed and passed the Advanced Auditing exam with the relevant professional body).
- Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
- Experience in working with property clients is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CCH software, Caseware, myworkpaper (audit software) and Mercia is advantageous.
