Front of House Manager Hours: 40 per week Location: Reading Salary: £45-£47k pa Our client, a leading service partner, requires an experienced high-end Front of House Manager for one of their prestigious clients in the Reading area. The role requires a candidate from a Front of House, high-end hotel or HNW estate hospitality background who can confidently manage strong characters while delivering the highest level of service. Exceptional hospitality experience where the visitor journey is considered ultra-important. Fantastic management and relationship-building ability with the client. Key responsibilities include: Managing all front of house operations, including visitor management, documentation organisation, and dress & deportment standards Meeting tenants and occupiers to promote the estate offerings Ensuring consistently exceptional service to occupiers and clients Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to act as true Brand Ambassadors Overseeing recruitment, training, rotas, and staff inductions Supporting and managing events as required Continuously aiming to exceed expectations wherever possible Candidate profile: Proven track record managing and leading teams in a high-end hotel or HNW estate hospitality environment Charismatic personality with the ability to deliver luxury-level service in a corporate setting A true brand ambassador with a passion for excellence Strong IT and organisational skills Understanding of the impact of service delivery on overall business success Experience managing both team and client relationships effectively
