We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join a growing workshop team based in Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and detail-focused joiner with strong experience in bespoke furniture and high-end joinery manufacturing. The role involves working across a wide range of commercial and residential projects, delivering high-quality bespoke joinery including fitted furniture, cabinetry, and interior installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery and cabinetry to a high standard
  • Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical manufacturing information
  • Work with a range of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates, and hardwoods
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with project deadlines
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy workshop team
  • Maintain high standards of finish across all bespoke joinery outputs

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner
  • Strong background in bespoke joinery, furniture manufacturing, or high-end interiors
  • Confident reading and working from CAD and technical drawings
  • Excellent craftsmanship with strong attention to detail and finishing standards
