Location: Ipswich The Role We are looking for an experienced Spray Shop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of the spray shop, ensuring high-quality finishing, efficient production, and on-time delivery.
Working closely with the Spray Shop Manager, you will lead the team, maintain quality standards, and step into a supervisory role when required.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, spray and finish timber products to a high standard.
Manage the spray shop team in the absence of the Spray Shop Manager.
Allocate workloads and prioritise jobs to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
Monitor quality control and ensure all products meet company standards.
