The Role
We are looking for a confident and experienced
Project Manager to join our growing delivery team.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects – ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee health & safety, quality control, and programme management.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and consultants throughout the delivery process.
- Handle progress reporting, financial forecasting, and snagging/defects close-out.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering
CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualified preferred.
