Cavendish Professionals is a specialist recruitment group operating across Technology, Construction and Engineering. We're headquartered in Farringdon, and we're entering one of the most exciting phases in our history: new offices, new markets, significant investment in marketing, and real ambition across all divisions.
We're looking for a driven, creative and highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is a broad, hands-on role with real ownership — not a support function. You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact marketing activity across all three divisions.
The role: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be involved in everything from campaign delivery and content creation to events, digital, website and performance reporting. You'll be working across distinct markets — each with their own audiences, tone and commercial goals — which makes this a genuinely varied and fast-paced position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Campaigns & Content
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across divisions
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, case studies and client testimonials
- Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and posting — with a strong LinkedIn focus
- Produce video content for campaigns and events
- Monitor engagement and campaign performance, and turn data into actionable insights
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Digital, SEO & Website
- Support website projects
- Assist with SEO implementation — keyword optimisation, content updates and performance tracking
- Support PPC and paid media reporting to monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Contribute to the delivery of new website builds for both Cavendish brands
- Events
- Support the planning and delivery of our Technology Insight events — in-person, LinkedIn Live and podcast
- Assist with event logistics, promotion and post-event communications
- Coordinate marketing collateral and materials for events
- Quarterly travel across Europe to support events — including Prague (September) and Krakow DevFest (October)
- Reporting & Operations
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers and asset libraries
- Support budget tracking and supplier coordination
- Produce monthly performance reports and contribute to quarterly Director updates
What we’re looking for:
Essential
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, recruitment or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you write well and you know it
- Strong content creation and copywriting ability across multiple formats
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to take ownership
Desirable
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital marketing tools
- Experience using email marketing platforms
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Video editing experience
- Interest in AI tools for content creation and marketing workflow
What we offer:
- Hybrid working
- Quarterly travel to Europe for events
- Exposure to three high-growth sectors and a genuinely broad marketing remit
- Ongoing training — digital marketing, AI tools, video production and content
- Clear progression pathway as the marketing team grows
- A collaborative, ambitious and supportive team environment
