Site Manager (Super Prime Residential)

My client is a leading main contractor delivering high-quality residential and mixed‑use developments across London. The company is known for its meticulous attention to detail, collaborative culture, and successful delivery of projects ranging from £10m to £30m.

Role Overview

We are seeking X1/X2 experienced Site Managers to join a live project in Central London, with other projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of super‑prime, high‑end residential developments from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to budget.
• Liaise with design teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage site logistics, including parking arrangements and access coordination.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of multiple high‑end residential projects within London.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on super‑prime, high‑end residential or mixed‑use developments (£10m–£30m).
• Experience working for main contractors in London, preferably with knowledge of Act London projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to programme and budget.
