Location: London | Contract: 6–8 weeks (with potential to extend or go permanent)
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-end residential fit-out project. This is a 6–8 week project, but for the right person there’s a strong chance of being kept on longer-term or moving into a permanent position.
Scope of Works
- High-end residential fit-out project
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
- Overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring programme and quality standards are met
- Monitoring Health & Safety compliance and site documentation
- Supporting smooth delivery through to completion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within Super Prime/high-end residential projects
- Strong track record of managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to uphold high standards of quality and detail
