We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to deliver temporary structure and event infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. This is a client-facing role focused on full project lifecycle delivery for strategic and major clients, requiring strong leadership, financial control, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects from inception to handover
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and margin expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
- Liaise closely with operations, technical services, procurement, and HSEQ teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Ensure RAMS, accreditation, and site access are in place for all active sites
- Conduct post-mortems and monthly reporting, including financial forecasting and project performance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement, develop project best practices, and maintain high-quality delivery standards
- Stay informed on emerging products, materials, and methodologies relevant to temporary structures
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with travel across the UK and Europe as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ project management experience in temporary structures, events, or construction
- Proven success in managing major accounts and high-value projects with P&L ownership
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and influence teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and project documentation tools
- A Level Maths & English minimum; a bachelor’s degree and PMP/PRINCE2 certification are desirable
