We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Senior Designer to join a fast-paced design team delivering standout concepts and high-impact experiences for a broad range of clients and live projects. This role will play a key part in supporting pitch activity, developing creative concepts and overseeing the production of presentation and project content from initial brief through to delivery.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Senior Designer will take ownership of design development across pitches and live projects, helping to shape original, engaging and technically deliverable concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all-round designer with a background in experiential, events, exhibitions or brand environments, who is equally comfortable with concept creation, visualisation, presentation design and production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch & Concept Development: Interpret client briefs and collaborate with the new business team to develop compelling creative responses for pitches and proposals. Attend briefing sessions and pitch meetings, contributing ideas and helping refine creative direction and presentation content. Lead or support concept development from ideation through to final presentation, ensuring all work is on brand, commercially relevant and visually impactful. Carry out research and compile inspiration, references and supporting material to strengthen creative responses and presentation narratives.
  • Design & Visualisation: Produce high-quality visuals, layouts and presentation assets for pitches and live projects. Create and develop 3D models, concept renders and presentation visuals to communicate design intent clearly and effectively. Produce presentation decks in PowerPoint and visual content in Photoshop to a high standard. Create, develop and update design visuals, environments and concept artwork in line with project requirements. Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure concepts are realistic, buildable and aligned with site and production constraints. Visualise amendments, additions and alternative options for existing design schemes as projects evolve.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior designers and freelance team members, helping maintain quality, consistency and efficient working practices. Share best practice across design processes, file management, presentation standards and creative output. Support the onboarding of freelance designers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand internal processes and project expectations.
  • Production Support: Support live projects by producing artwork for print, graphics and production-ready assets where required. Create or oversee visual content and animations for lighting, projection or other integrated design elements. Work collaboratively with project managers and production teams to help translate concept work into delivered project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Senior Designer or strong midweight-to-senior design role within events, exhibitions, experiential, retail interiors or brand environments.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn briefs into engaging, commercially effective creative solutions.
  • Experience producing presentations, pitch visuals, concept artwork and 3D design work for client-facing projects.
  • Confident working across both early-stage creative development and later-stage project support.
  • Comfortable mentoring junior team members and collaborating with freelance designers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with new business, project management, technical and production teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Software
  • Photoshop
  • SketchUp
  • Twinmotion
  • Illustrator
  • PowerPoint

Experience with animation, motion content or additional 3D/rendering tools would be advantageous.
