Our client is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team focused on pushing the boundaries of applied artificial intelligence and large-scale model optimization.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks
- Design, build, and optimize multi-agent architectures (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI) to enable distributed AI functionality
- Develop and implement multimodal systems integrating text, image, and audio inputs
- Contribute to AI-first features that incorporate feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviours
- Engage with research and open-source communities through publications or contributions to leading AI projects
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience with a proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Advanced knowledge in Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning, including hands-on work with Hugging Face Transformers
- Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into large-scale production environments
- Proficiency with cloud and MLOps tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, MLflow, Kubeflow, containerization)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data engineering principles
- Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and experience with agent-based systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
