Our client is a global innovation‑led organisation looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their cutting‑edge AI Incubator team on a 12 month contract.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Strong Python engineering experience with a focus on production‑grade systems
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and agentic workflows
- Exposure to graph‑based systems (knowledge graphs, graph data science, GNNs such as GCN/GAT)
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and applied data science
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval strategies (lexical, vector, hybrid)
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, version control)
