I am currently seeking a Project Manager for a groundworks project in Exeter with a UK Contractor. This role would include but not be limited to the following Leading by example, encouraging the team to take responsibility for the safety of colleagues, themselves, and clients. Oversee the site programme, this would include monitoring and ensuring labour, plant and materials requirements are sufficiently met and take accountability for delivery. Ensure work is running to program, driving site delivery Manage the quality of the work Ensure all operational records are up to date and in place Stakeholder engagement The Ideal Candidate will have Previous experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, General Foreman, Foreperson, Supervisor, or similar CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, 2x References Relevant experience within Earthworks, Ground Works, General Civils If you are keen apply now or for more information, please get in touch with Sam Jaffe at Cavendish.
