We’re working with a well-established design & build commercial fit-out specialist who are looking to appoint a Project Director to drive growth and lead projects from initial client engagement through to delivery. This is a highly commercial, sales-focused role, suited to someone who thrives on winning work, building relationships, and delivering projects end-to-end.
The Role
- Driving new business and revenue growth across CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
- Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
- Leading the full project lifecycle — from securing work through to delivery
- Working closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Taking ownership of tenders, pitches, and commercial strategy
- Acting as a key figure in the business, contributing to overall growth and direction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in commercial fit-out (CAT A / CAT B)
- Strong business development and sales capability
- Experience within a design & build environment
- Ability to win work and manage clients at a senior level
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of project delivery and margins
- Driven, ambitious, and confident operating in a client-facing role
