Overview
Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Project/Construction Manager for a project based in Central London. This project is 1 year in duration and due to start ASAP. Project value is approx. £5m. Main scope of work will consist of Roofing, Scaffolding, General Builders Work and M&E. This is the refurbishment of an existing building.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Valid Management CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Proven experience as a project/construction manager on a similar project
- Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £5m – £10m
- Experience working on the areas listed above
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge/experience working with the client and sub contractors – working in collaboration
- Expereince using Asite (prefferred) or Viewpoint
- Commercial knowledge
- Working references – essential
- Will be required to interview with the client
