Skills and Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product design and design systems
- Experience setting design system vision and strategy across multiple products
- Strong hands-on design, prototyping, and development skills
- Experience using AI tools for design and prototyping
- Experience designing scalable patterns and frameworks for complex B2B workflows
- Strong understanding of accessibility and design quality
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Consumer and mobile product design experience would be advantageous
Role and Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and strategy for the design system across multiple products
- Design, prototype, and build solutions hands-on
- Help develop an AI-driven design system using AI tools and code
- Create scalable design patterns and frameworks for complex B2B workflows
- Champion accessibility and design quality across the platform
- Collaborate with a dedicated design systems engineering team
