We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B commercial fit-out project in Bristol. This is a fast-paced project requiring a hands-on individual with proven experience delivering high-quality workspace environments.
The Role
- Day-to-day site management of a CAT B office fit-out
- Coordination of subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Managing site logistics, H&S compliance, and reporting
- Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial workspace / CAT B fit-out projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage programme and drive site progress
IT & Systems
- Suitable laptop or work computer

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Breadcrumb and Procore (training can be provided)
