This is a full-time Site Administrator/Document Control role, located on-site in Long Ashton, Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys supporting teams, managing processes, and keeping operations running smoothly.
This role would include, but is not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Download incoming documents and upload to SharePoint.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars.
- Support HR and finance processes (onboarding, invoicing, expenses, timesheets etc.).
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of office systems and procedures.
- Ordering of materials and cross-checking against delivery dockets.
Experience:
- Site Administration experience - desirable
- Strong work ethic and organisation skills
- Knowledge or genuine interest working within the construction sector
- Some academic qualifications - desirable
- IT Skills
- Car driver - desirable
