Role Purpose
Own and drive the delivery of marketing activity across campaigns, content and channels. This role blends strategy with execution and plays a key part in supporting business growth, brand positioning and lead generation within a design-and-build environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write and deliver integrated email and social media campaigns aligned to business objectives.
- Own HubSpot marketing activity including email campaigns, automation, reporting and optimisation.
- Lead copywriting across marketing channels including email, social, website, case studies and thought leadership.
- Manage and develop social media strategy including content planning, writing and performance analysis.
- Oversee content production including case studies, photography, video and external suppliers.
- Manage and update website content through the CMS, ensuring content remains current and on brand.
- Plan and deliver events including client events, launches and wider industry activity.
- Work closely with business development, leadership and project teams to shape messaging.
- Track performance and report on campaign effectiveness with clear insights and recommendations.
- Support and guide junior marketing team members and external partners where required.
