We are recruiting for a Senior Engineer to join a respected UK civil engineering contractor, working on a project in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of the project, ensuring commercial performance, and maintaining site safety and quality. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage and monitor the commercial performance of the project.
- Prepare and implement RAMS to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, undertake risk assessments, and report incidents or near misses.
- Support the Project Manager / Contracts Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Carry out additional Senior Engineer duties as needed to meet project demands.
Proven experience as a Senior Engineer, Agent / Sub Agent, or Section Engineer ready to step up. CSCS and SMSTS certifications, plus two recent professional references. Experience in Civils, Groundworks, Pump Stations, or Water projects. Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Pay: £350 - £400 per day (depending upon experience). Duration: Long Term Project. Hours: 10-12 hour shifts (Monday - Friday currently).
