Our client is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks
- Design, build, and optimize multi-agent architectures (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI) to enable distributed AI functionality
- Develop and implement multimodal systems integrating text, image, and audio inputs
- Contribute to AI-first features that incorporate feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviors
- Engage with research and open-source communities through publications or contributions to leading AI projects
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience with a proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Advanced knowledge in Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning, including hands-on work with Hugging Face Transformers
