A well-established bespoke joinery and interiors specialist is seeking an experienced Joinery Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of high-quality commercial projects. The business designs, manufactures and installs bespoke joinery for premium workplaces, hospitality and mixed-use developments, working closely with main contractors, designers and clients to deliver technically detailed interiors from workshop through to installation.

This is a hands-on site leadership role, focused on managing joinery packages on live commercial sites and ensuring smooth coordination between workshop, site teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation of bespoke joinery packages across commercial projects
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme and H&S standards are met
  • Coordinate with project managers, workshop production and design teams to ensure accurate delivery
  • Oversee site logistics, materials and sequencing of works
  • Maintain clear communication with main contractors and client representatives
  • Carry out quality inspections, snagging and handover
  • Ensure RAMS, toolbox talks and site documentation are in place and compliant
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within bespoke joinery or commercial fit-out
  • Strong technical understanding of joinery installation and construction sequencing
  • Confident managing site teams and liaising with main contractors
  • Organised, practical and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable working across multiple commercial projects
  • SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS preferred
