Our client is a London-based AI startup that has recently secured Series B funding and is currently looking for a Senior or Staff Full Stack Product Engineer to join their growing engineering team. The company is building innovative AI-driven products and is seeking strong builders and product thinkers who enjoy working end-to-end on features and seeing their work make a real impact on users. This role suits engineers who are comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and fast-paced, iterative product environments.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer at Senior or Staff level.
- Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end product features.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred).
- Experience working in product-focused startups or fast-moving environments.
- Interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership mentality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing features end-to-end, including agentic workflows and real-time collaboration functionality.
- Prototype and test new ideas, contributing to zero-to-one product development.
- Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with users to understand problems and design effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact product features.
- Build products from concept to MVP and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
- Contribute to product direction through technical insight and experimentation.
