A growing creative event production company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of live event projects from brief through to completion. This role requires strong experience across technical and scenic event production, alongside confident client management and budget control.

The Role

  • Manage projects from initial brief through to delivery and debrief
  • Liaise directly with clients to shape production solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams across design, technical and scenic delivery
  • Manage freelancers, technicians and subcontractors
  • Oversee fabrication and production schedules
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare and manage H&S documentation and site compliance
  • Monitor project finances including reconciliation and invoicing
  • Support continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned

The Candidate

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale live events
  • Strong understanding of technical and scenic production
  • Experience managing budgets £250k+
  • Confident client-facing communicator
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with freelancers and suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Google Drive (HireHop desirable)
  • Willing to travel internationally when required
