There is a current opening with one of our clients for a Logistics Manager to join the team.

They are looking for someone to take responsibility for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, development, and optimisation of the site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project. The logistics manager will be required to manage the movement of people, goods and equipment at the construction site and control site facilities management.

On Site Responsibilities

  • Planning and Programming – Overall daily and long-term planning to improve the general running of the site
  • Supply Chain Management – Overall management of internal supply chain, including liaising with all suppliers
  • Fire Safety and Signage – Complete management of all fire safety procedures, including escape routes, emergency exits and assembly points
  • Materials & Storage Management – Maintenance and organisation of all materials and storerooms
  • Delivery Management – Detailed tracking and management of all goods, materials, and equipment to and from site, including liaising with suppliers
  • Goods Receiving and Verification – Diligent verification and documenting of all goods arriving on site
  • Plant and Stock Control – Timely and accurate Stock Reports, participate in monthly CVR meetings
