We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced creative production business delivering high-quality print, fabrication and experiential projects for premium brands. This is a key coordination role supporting Project Managers and senior stakeholders, acting as the link between clients, studio, production, logistics and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear project instructions
- Coordinate studio, print, fabrication, dispatch and installation teams
- Manage project schedules, spreadsheets and rollout data
- Support Project Managers and Creative Directors with sourcing, sampling and administration
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Assist with invoicing and commercial administration
- Ensure health & safety and sustainability procedures are followed
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in creative production, print, graphics or related industries
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
