We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B commercial fit-out project in Bristol. This is a fast-paced project requiring a hands-on individual with proven experience delivering high-quality workspace environments.

The Role

  • Day-to-day site management of a CAT B office fit-out
  • Coordination of subcontractors and trades on site
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
  • Managing site logistics, H&S compliance, and reporting
  • Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering commercial workspace / CAT B fit-out projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage programme and drive site progress

IT & Systems

  • Suitable laptop or work computer
  • Smartphone
  • Reliable internet access
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Breadcrumb and Procore (training can be provided)

Qualifications (Essential)

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • First Aid at Work (valid)
  • CSCS Card
