We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join our growing workshop team based in Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented joiner with a strong background in bespoke furniture and high-end joinery manufacturing. You will be working across a variety of bespoke commercial and residential projects, including:
- Office fit-outs
- Bespoke wardrobes
- Fitted shelving and storage solutions
- Custom kitchens
- High-end furniture and interiors
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery and cabinetry to a high standard
- Read and interpret CAD and technical drawings
- Work across a range of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates and hardwoods
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner
- Strong experience within bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
- Good communication skills and spoken/written English
- Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines
- Flexible to work overtime when required
