We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join our growing workshop team based in Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented joiner with a strong background in bespoke furniture and high-end joinery manufacturing. You will be working across a variety of bespoke commercial and residential projects, including:

  • Office fit-outs
  • Bespoke wardrobes
  • Fitted shelving and storage solutions
  • Custom kitchens
  • High-end furniture and interiors

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery and cabinetry to a high standard
  • Read and interpret CAD and technical drawings
  • Work across a range of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates and hardwoods
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner
  • Strong experience within bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
  • Good communication skills and spoken/written English
  • Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Flexible to work overtime when required
