My client is a leading main contractor delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across London. The company is known for its meticulous attention to detail, collaborative culture, and successful delivery of projects ranging from £10m to £30m.
We are seeking X1/X2 experienced Site Managers to join a live project in Central London, with other projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of super-prime, high-end residential developments from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to budget.
- Liaise with design teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage site logistics, including parking arrangements and access coordination.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of multiple high-end residential projects within London.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on super-prime, high-end residential or mixed-use developments (£10m–£30m).
- Experience working for main contractors in London, preferably with knowledge of Act London projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to programme and budget.
