We’re working with a well-established design & build commercial fit-out specialist who are looking to appoint a Project Director to drive growth and lead projects from initial client engagement through to delivery. This is a highly commercial, sales-focused role, suited to someone who thrives on winning work, building relationships, and delivering projects end-to-end.

The Role

  • Driving new business and revenue growth across CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
  • Leading the full project lifecycle — from securing work through to delivery
  • Working closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Taking ownership of tenders, pitches, and commercial strategy
  • Acting as a key figure in the business, contributing to overall growth and direction

  • Proven track record in commercial fit-out (CAT A / CAT B)
  • Strong business development and sales capability
