- Contract Manager to join one of our well-established clients in
London.
Our client delivers a wide range of construction and maintenance services throughout the social housing and education sectors.
With an established reputation for quality and reliability, they manage projects ranging from refurbishment and remediation works to planned maintenance and asset improvement programmes.
- Project Location: Duration: Full Time, PAYE
- Monday – Friday
- Salary - £80K-£90K (depending upon experience)
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the cladding, façade, remediation, or fire safety sector.
Strong understanding of fire safety remediation works, building regulations, and relevant legislation.
Ability to monitor project programmes, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety compliance.
Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to identify, manage, and report project risks, programme updates, and commercial performance to senior management.
Valid CSCS Management Card (Essential).
SMSTS / First Aid (Essential).
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
