Site Manager – High End Residential – Demo – Kensington – ASAP
Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Kensington.
This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.
Project value is approx. £10m.
Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demoliton.
Criteria:
- Valid CSCS/CCDO
- Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projects
- Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £5m – £10m.
- Experience working on high end residential projects
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Working references – essential
- Will be required to interview with the client
