This role will suit someone who understands the full joinery process and can create efficient CNC programmes for operators to run, while improving machining processes and workshop productivity. Key Responsibilities: * Creating CNC programmes and nesting layouts for production * Preparing machining files and ensuring work is ready before reaching the CNC machines * Selecting tooling and developing efficient machining strategies * Standardising programming methods and improving processes * Reducing cycle times and minimising programming errors * Supporting and training CNC operators where required Skills
