How to prepare for a job interview at Cavendish Professionals
✨Know Your CCDO Cards

✨Showcase Your Experience
With at least 2 years of construction experience required, prepare specific examples of your past work, especially in strip out and controlled demolition. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and highlight your skills effectively.
✨Dress for Success
Since this is a construction role, wear appropriate attire that reflects your understanding of the industry. Even if it’s an interview, showing up in smart workwear can demonstrate your professionalism and readiness for the job.
✨Ask Insightful Questions
Prepare a few questions about the project or the company culture. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the role is the right fit for you. Questions about safety protocols or team dynamics can be particularly relevant in construction.
