We are currently working with a well-established bespoke joinery and furniture company based in Feltham, who are looking to add an experienced Bench Joiner to their workshop team. The company specialises in the manufacture of high-end bespoke joinery and custom furniture for residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled craftsperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on detailed, bespoke pieces from drawings through to finished product.
Role:
- Manufacturing bespoke joinery and furniture items within a workshop environment
- Working from technical drawings and cutting lists
- Using a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Producing high-quality finishes to a high standard
- Assembling and fitting bespoke furniture and joinery components
- Working on a range of projects including cabinetry, fitted furniture, reception desks, wall panelling, and specialist joinery
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bench Joiner within bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with a variety of materials, veneers, laminates, and solid timbers
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within high-end residential or commercial joinery would be advantageous
