The role:

As an Emerging Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our next generation of talent across our graduate and apprenticeship programmes. This is a unique opportunity to shape early careers, guiding individuals through their professional journeys while ensuring they succeed academically, vocationally and personally. This role is based at one of our key UK locations Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire) or Bristol and is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working patterns and occasional travel to other sites.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:

  • Manage a dedicated caseload of graduates and apprentices, supporting their performance, welfare and development.
  • Work closely with line managers to monitor progress and ensure programme requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with training providers to track academic and vocational achievements.
  • Support recruitment and selection activities for new early careers talent.
  • Deliver outreach, community engagement and development programme activities.

Essential experience of the Emerging Talent Advisor:

  • Experience in recruitment, human resources, learning and development, education or a related field.
  • Demonstrating strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Showing empathy, resilience and a proactive approach to supporting individuals.
  • Managing multiple priorities with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word with confidence.

Qualifications for the Emerging Talent Advisor:

Security Clearance:
