Responsibilities
- Work with Delivery teams to manage labour demand and supply profiles to most efficiently use resources
- Coordinate appointment of industrial, non-industrial employees to support delivery based on analysis of skills and experience
- Manage employees across industrial and non-industrial roles through day‑to‑day management of absence, performance, leave, learning and development records
- Collaborate with Planning and Delivery teams to optimise resource usage
- Promote a safety culture, continuous improvement and compliance with all company Health, Safety and Environmental legislation in line with ISO standards
- Use ERP systems to benchmark and implement effective resource strategies
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in resource allocation and workload balancing
- Strong organisational and communication skills with data‑driven decision‑making
- Ability to lead and manage across multiple stakeholder groups
- Understanding of contract scope, service provision, and KPIs
- Expertise in ERP systems and resource planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in business, operations or engineering are desirable
- Experience with resource planning tools and systems is essential

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
