The role involves providing the technical delivery of physics services and projects to meet stakeholder requirements and support business objectives. You will:
- Provide specialist radiometric advice and consultancy services during the design, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
- Deliver technical work involving the application of radiometric physics techniques both in the field and theoretically.
- Support the development of new business opportunities in current and future markets.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relations with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Provide support to strategic growth campaigns and bids.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
- Adhere to the highest standards for health and safety.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home).
Essential Experience:
- Bachelor Honours in Science degree.
- Technical background preferably in physics or associated disciplines.
- Experience delivering technical solutions to radiometric instrumentation development.
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
