The Role
As a Nuclear Training Evaluator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our nuclear training programmes are not only compliant but impactful. You’ll lead the evaluation of nuclear related training courses, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and deliver meaningful learning outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence how nuclear safety and operational excellence are taught across the business, making a real difference to national defence and your own career development.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead on the nuclear training evaluation programme across all nuclear related training courses.
- Lead the evaluation of nuclear training programmes in line with Licence Condition 10 and 36 processes.
- Collaborate with Developers, Delivery teams, and Subject Matter Experts to assess training effectiveness.
- Analyse learning insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure training remains credible, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
- Communicate findings clearly and constructively to a wide range of stakeholders.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
Essential Experience Of The Nuclear Training Evaluator
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate training programmes using a variety of approaches.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment is desirable.
Qualifications For The Nuclear Training Evaluator
- Minimum Level 3 qualification, preferably in an educational or training discipline.
- Level 4+ qualification is desirable.
- Consideration will be given to candidates with relevant transferable experience.
