If you join us, you can play your part as an External Engagement Advisor based at one of our key locations: Moor Row (Cumbria), Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire) or Bristol.

The role involves:

  • Leading STEM outreach and engagement activities across schools, colleges, universities and community partners.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating engagement events and acting as the central point of contact for outreach activity.
  • Promoting early careers opportunities and strengthening Cavendish Nuclear's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and share best practice.

This role is based at one of our key locations, working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working patterns are available with an expectation of approximately two days per week in the office. Travel to other Cavendish Nuclear locations will be expected, typically around once per month.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Being highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to a high standard.
  • Presenting confidently to groups and engaging a variety of audiences.
  • Experience within early careers, outreach, education, engagement or talent attraction environments would be advantageous.

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
