Join a well established and successful team and be tasked with achieving sales, margin and distribution objectives within a portfolio of grocery and related customers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Use your experience, skills and relationships to deeply understand the needs of each customer across branded and own-label supply in the pet category.
- Build and execute joint business plans aligned to customer and company objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotional activity, and annual agreements.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and drive commercial decisions.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver successful customer initiatives and strong service levels.

Key Skills/Experience Required: You will be joining a highly commercial, sales-driven and collaborative team that takes full ownership of its performance and goes the extra mile to ensure collective success. We are looking for the right cultural fit as well as these attributes:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within pet or FMCG, ideally working with major grocery retailers.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
- Data-driven and commercially analytical, with a good understanding of category management and customer insight.
- Experienced in building successful relationships with retail buying teams and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
