This is a hybrid role with approximately 50% of your time being spent at the West Midlands office. You will be joining a leading UK supplier of indoor/outdoor furniture that has a great reputation for quality and is driving growth through new product innovation.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Lead field sales and office based sales personnel
  • Personally manage sales to top 10 retail groups (e.g. AIS, JLP, garden centre groups)
  • Set annual sales targets and drive performance improvements to meet them
  • Implement promotions and incentives to stimulate additional sales
  • Provide market feedback and assist the product evolution
  • Manage the annual trade show and direct trade marketing activities

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a high calibre and ambitious sales leader with experience of outdoor furniture, outdoor leisure or indoor furniture retailers. On your CV we hope to see:

  • Experience selling to garden centre groups, AIS head office, JLP, Furniture Village, SCS or similar retailers.
  • An analytical approach, high levels of IT literacy, numerate and articulate.
  • A natural leader who sets an example for others to follow.
  • Able to make a positive contribution to developments in design, operations, finance and customer service.
  • Easily accessible to the West Midlands office and able to travel to UK customers and European meetings as required.
Salary/Benefits Information:

£50,000 - £60,000 + bonus to 30% + hybrid/electric car options, 5% pension contribution, healthcare scheme, 24 days paid holiday.
