Due to planned growth my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an A & D Sales professional to cover West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northants. You will be responsible for the development of sales of floorcoverings products to Architects and Interior Designers within the Midlands and the surrounding area predominantly within the Hospitality, Leisure and Hotel sectors. You will be required to form a close working relationship with your key customers at all levels, this coupled with working closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
- The ideal candidate will have experience selling to the Designers and Architects within the Midlands and the surrounding areas.
- Ideally you will be working for a Fabrics, Wallcoverings, Flooring, Furniture or Lighting organisation presently and have experience selling to the Hospitality and Leisure sectors.
- Collaborative in approach - a team player, end goal focused, persistent - ability to work towards longer term objectives.
- Strong verbal ability - able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Organised, self-motivated, numerate and analytical.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Salary: £60,000 Bonus, Great Benefits
